Marking its 7th year, Sarawak Tourism Board’s (STB) ang pow commemorates the state’s lively social and all-natural heritage.
In a declaration, the board claimed site visitors might gather these unique red packages from site visitors’ info centres in Kuching, Miri and Sibu while products last.
Inspired by the Year of the Wood Snake, this year’s layout attributes classy gold marking and the Bornean Palm Pit Viper, a sign of strength, development and Sarawak’s biodiversity.
This campaign highlights STB’s dedication to advertising higher admiration of Sarawak’s one-of-a-kind environments via accountable tourist.
“This year’s ang pow highlights Sarawak’s vital ecosystems, encouraging greater conservation awareness,” claimed STB president Sharzede Datu Salleh Askor.
She claimed that via significant campaigns similar to this, they intended to motivate citizens and site visitors to find and secure Sarawak’s all-natural heritage.
The project stresses Sarawak’s setting as a premier eco-tourism location.
“Join us in celebrating the Year of the Wood Snake with an ang pow that symbolises strength, growth and care for the environment,” Sharzede claimed.
“STB invites everyone to join the festivities and celebrate this unique tribute to Sarawak’s natural beauty and sustainability efforts.”– By ANDY CHUA
