NTT information manager asks for worldwide requirements on AI guideline at Davos

DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) – The president of Japanese IT business NTT information stated worldwide requirements in guideline of expert system (AI) would certainly decrease threats in the advancement of the fast-emerging modern technology.

“The issue, and especially as it relates to AI, is not over-regulation or under-regulation, but more standard regulation globally,” Abhijit Dubey informed the Reuters Global Markets Forum.

“That’s what we really need, because otherwise we create a lot of risks,” he stated on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum’s yearly conference in Davos, Switzerland.

Dubey stated copyright security, power effectiveness and actions to stop piracy and deepfakes were locations where an international technique might produce outcomes.
