European Union court mainly promotes Qualcomm antitrust charge in 2019 instance yet cuts great

In a separate case the European Commission fined Qualcomm $1.23 billion after ending it approached Apple to suppress competitors, yet the General Court rescinded that choice in 2022 after the firm appealed.
