Kylie Miller informed Yahoo News Australia she was depending on Bar Beach in Narooma, on NSWâs south shore, around 9am when she saw the bronze whalerâs fin making a small surge.

âFrom what Iâve read bronze whalers are opportunistic feeders, so theyâre not notoriously aggressive but I donât think youâd want to be swimming with one in a confined space.
âPolice brought in a helicopter and a boat and were trying to kind of buzz it out of the swimming area, but it didnât seem very keen.â
